The industry standard is 20-25% of the first year’s base salary, depending on the job. We work on contingency and retained searches. We also offer flat fees for growing teams and special projects.
ValMed accepts checks and ACH payments. No credit card payments are available.
ValMed recruiters will email submittals directly to the Hiring Manager and HR as requested. Each submittal includes a (1) general synopsis, (2) list of strengths, (3) acknowledgement of compensation, (4) LinkedIn profile URL, and (4) updated resume. Every candidate is thoroughly vetted prior to introduction. Our goal is quality, not quantity.
Yes. ValMed recruiters will employ Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to coordinate interviews.
