A marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a strategic marketing plan for a product, or portfolio of products with the goal of supporting Sales Team's efforts to attract interest from the decision makers in hospitals, clinics, and other medical service providers. You'll work closely with Sales Executives, R&D, QA, and other internal teams during the developmental phase of product development. You'll likely have some outward facing exposure to customers and end-users to understand how products are received and gaining valuable feedback that can be considered in future product iterations. A well-integrated marketing team works closely with Direct Sales Teams to understand how best to present the value statement for your product. You'll develop the sales materials, participate in trade shows, and maybe even help script the pre-sale demonstration technique protocols for Clinical Teams.
