The central technology that drives our business is our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The 3 primary databases (Clients, Jobs, and Candidates) are tied to common activities (Notes, Emails, Calls, Texts) and tie neatly to our recruiter workflow. All of these connections allow us to view progress from two key perspectives - Job & Candidate. From the job perspective, we see all candidates and what stage they're in - Short List, Submitted, Initial Interview, Final Interview, Offer Extended, Placement. From the candidate perspective we can easily see every note, email call, and text conversation as well as their position in the recruiting stages.
If candidates share their resumes but aren't a fit for our current positions, we profile them with keywords and goals to match up with future jobs.

The third-party platforms we use are continually improving their offerings. As they improve, so do we! Every new short cut or automation makes us faster and more thorough. That translates to quicker searches and candidate engagement and shortens the time it takes to get them in front of you!
